Champion Mill Conference Center
Wedding venue in Hamilton, Ohio
About Champion Mill Conference Center
Set in the former Champion Paper Mill along the Great Miami River, Champion Mill Conference Center retains historic brick walls, wood ceilings and historically accurate window frames. Its wedding reception spaces include the Hamilton Ballroom, with 26-foot ceilings and views of B Street; ballrooms overlooking the riverfront and downtown Hamilton; and Waterfront Hall, with oversized riverfront windows. The venue offers four ballrooms for receptions and celebrations of 50–600 guests, as well as second- and third-level mezzanine spaces for ceremonies. A private ceremony room may be available, subject to availability. Wedding reception packages include room rental, dinner, a champagne toast, four hours of beer, wine and soft drinks, cake cutting and display, linens, and self-parking. Chair covers and sashes are included; centerpieces are optional. Ceremony packages include rehearsal space, event coordination and setup access. The conference center provides in-house catering with customizable plated or buffet meals, snacks, beverages and desserts; food and beverage must be purchased through the venue. The attached Warehouse Hotel has 233 rooms, and the complex offers dining, retail and access to a sports facility across the street for event groups.
