About M Lounge Events

M Lounge Events is an indoor, private lounge venue in Capitol Heights for weddings and other celebrations. The space accommodates up to 80 seated guests or 100 for cocktail-style events. Features include venue draping, lounge furniture, LED lighting, a VIP lounge and bar area. Rentals include buffet tables, a food preparation station for setup and warming, an event manager, and banquet tables and chairs. Outside catering and homemade food are allowed; cooking on site is not permitted.

Capitol Heights rental rates are $1,000 Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. (six-hour minimum); $2,000 Monday–Thursday, 6 p.m.–1 a.m.; $1,800 Friday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. (six-hour minimum); and $3,000 Friday–Sunday, 6 p.m.–1 a.m. Rates may change without notice. A 50% rental retainer and refundable $500 damage deposit are required. The FAQ lists event access through 4 a.m., while the rate sheet says events may last until 3 a.m.; extended hours are available by inquiry.
