About Linden Hill Historic Estate

Linden Hill Historic Estate is a nine-acre property overlooking the Mississippi River, with gardens, mature trees, and two historic mansions. Weddings can be held outdoors on the grounds or in indoor spaces in the Musser Mansion. The Weyerhaeuser Mansion is a seasonal house museum; the Musser Mansion and pavilion host private events. Ceremony locations include the Riverside Arbor and White Picket Fence, each for up to 300 guests; Musser Point and the Music Room, each for up to 50; and the pavilion for up to 120. Reception settings include the upper and lower grounds, each for up to 300, the Music Garden and Patio for up to 150, and the screened pavilion for 80–120 guests socially or about 80 seated for dinner. The Musser Mansion has a 160-person maximum at one time. The estate offers wedding packages with venue staff, tables and chairs, setup and takedown, sound equipment, Wi-Fi, and bar service. Open catering is allowed, with licensed caterers able to use the Musser Mansion commercial kitchen. The mansion provides overnight lodging for up to 25 guests; lodging is included with Deluxe packages and available as an add-on to Standard packages.

Pricing note

2026 Grand Celebration package rentals run $9,500–$14,000, depending on day and Standard or Deluxe package, for May–October. Intimate Soirée base rates for 75 guests or fewer are $3,200 Monday–Wednesday and $3,500 Thursday–Sunday, year-round. Taxes apply; lodging and additional services or space rentals may cost extra.
