Northern Oaks Events is a rural venue set in a log home on 100 acres of wooded property in Sauk Rapids. The property offers two ceremony locations, a spacious lawn for cocktail hour, and a backyard pavilion for dinner and dancing. The pavilion is 40 by 120 feet and includes a 15 by 18 foot dance floor; ceremonies can move under the pavilion in rainy weather. The venue accommodates up to 300 guests for backyard weddings and events. Indoor events are limited to 50 guests for a seated dinner or 100 for cocktail style. Rentals include exclusive property access from 9 a.m. to midnight, two getting-ready suites, 300 white garden chairs, 38 farmhouse tables, 80 benches, a ceremony arch, a bar front, caterer prep space, vendor storage, table and chair setup and teardown, and trash removal. The grounds include a pond, walking path, three fire pits, and parking for 100 vehicles with overflow parking. Caterers may be selected by the couple, subject to licensing, insurance, and venue approval. The property has no overnight accommodations. Music must end by 11 p.m., and decorations and vendor items must be removed by midnight.
