Floor-to-ceiling retractable drapery can divide the main floor into three areas. Weddings can include an on-site ceremony and reception; the venue also accommodates social and corporate events. Ceremony and reception events can host up to 250 guests, while cocktail-style events can host up to 400. The venue includes two private dressing suites with en-suite bathrooms, a conference room, coat room, built-in bar, prep kitchen, guest restrooms, Wi-Fi, customizable AV lighting, a welcome marquee, security personnel and on-site parking, with free public street parking at the entrance. Its all-inclusive wedding package combines full-day access, planning, catering, a six-hour bar package, DJ, photo booth, lighting and AV; the per-person package charge is separate from the venue rental rate.
