About Lane Events Center

Lane Events Center is a multi-space event facility in downtown Eugene that explicitly offers space for weddings, ceremonies, and receptions. Its venue overview describes seven rental spaces across 75,000 square feet, ranging from meeting rooms to large halls. Published capacities vary by space and setup, including theatre, banquet, and standing configurations; those figures should not be treated as interchangeable seated capacities. The Convention Center has seven rentable spaces that can be booked individually or together, while the Wheeler Pavilion and Auditorium are described as stand-alone venues. The Auditorium adjoins an outdoor courtyard, and the Wheeler Pavilion is surrounded by grass. Event services include planning support, rental equipment, Wi-Fi and audio-visual options, catering choices, and beverage service. Oregon Beverage Services is identified as the exclusive provider of alcohol services. Free parking is available in designated lots, with accessible spaces near main entrances; event-specific parking may differ. The center lists nearby hotels rather than on-site accommodations and accepts rental inquiries about venue details, availability, and rates.
