Hummingbird Nest Ranch is a 126-acre private estate in the Santa Susana Mountains, with gardens, vineyards, a lake, sandstone formations, historic architecture and six event settings. The Villa pairs Spanish Colonial architecture, courtyards and fountains with mountain views; The Carriage House is the restored 1920s ranch house among gardens, an olive grove, pool and cobblestone courtyard. The Stables provides an enclosed indoor setting, while Grand Prix offers an expansive open-air lawn. The Garden Pavilion is a garden setting with a waterfall, gazebo and bridge. The estate hosts weddings and other celebrations, with ceremonies and receptions arranged across its settings and space for multi-day gatherings. Reported capacities vary by setting and configuration: Grand Prix accommodates up to 5,000 guests; The Stables up to 800; The Villa and The Carriage House up to 300 as standalone settings; and The Garden Pavilion up to 300. The Villa’s Fountain Courtyard can accommodate up to 500 for larger ceremonies when paired with Grand Prix. The Carriage House can host up to 600 for ceremony and cocktail hour when The Lake Lawn is added as the reception setting. The estate has 15 on-site residences, including Casitas, Townhomes and a Cottage, with lodging for more than 100 overnight guests. Wedding planning requires a professional coordinator, and catering, bar service and rentals are arranged through exclusive vendor partners; outside providers may be considered with prior approval and applicable buyout fees. Events include valet parking, and shuttle service is available through the valet partner.
