About Holliston Historical Society
The Holliston Historical Society rents its Asa Whiting House, 1817 barn, and garden for weddings and other private events. The historic House offers period-furnished rooms, a large meeting room, first-floor kitchen, and side porches; the barn provides a rustic indoor event space with a kitchen and access to side yards and the wedding garden. The garden is an outdoor event setting, and the Society’s use policy describes seating there for ceremonies. The barn accommodates up to 100 guests, or up to 130 with a tent; a House capacity is not listed. Rental planning includes tables and chairs, parking on the grounds and along Washington Street, and stated restrictions on kitchen use, seasonal barn availability, and bar service.
