About Historic Stranahan House Museum
Historic Stranahan House is an all-outdoor event venue beside the New River, just off Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Its event grounds include gardens, an expanded River Patio, and walkways. The venue accommodates up to 100 guests for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. Rental includes exclusive use of the property, two hours for setup and one hour for breakdown, up to 30 minutes of photography inside the historic house, and 30–60 minutes of first-floor access for guests to walk through. Events must use a licensed and insured caterer; self-catering is not allowed.
