The barn is the main indoor space. A 32-by-20-foot outdoor deck, picnic tables on the grounds and a fire pit with six Adirondack chairs provide outdoor settings. Private events are limited to 90 guests and are booked as three-hour sessions on Saturdays, or with a flexible start time on Sundays. Beverages are not included in the rental. A cash bar, an open bar or a combination is available at cost, with drinks charged at menu prices. One bartender is included, and an additional bartender is $200. Outside beverages are not permitted. Clients may hire their own caterer, photographer, florist, musician or DJ, and food trucks are welcome on a concrete pad with a 30-amp, 120-volt outlet, so no generator is needed.
