About Harborside Grand Ballroom

Harborside Grand Ballroom is a waterfront banquet venue on the second floor of the Balboa Pavilion, overlooking Newport Harbor. Its event spaces include the Catalina and Lido rooms, which can be used separately or as the full ballroom; the Catalina room has an outside deck. The venue offers wedding reception packages and a ceremony option, with guest capacity depending on the room configuration and event setup. Events can include banquet meals, bar service, event equipment and a personal banquet manager. The venue also offers valet parking and nearby public parking; weddings and receptions require a professional day-of coordinator.
