Hanover Reserve is a family-owned wedding and event venue set on 45 private acres in Hamilton, Ohio, about 40 minutes northwest of Cincinnati. The property features a wood post-and-beam reception building positioned 1,500 feet from the road, overlooking a two-acre pond. It offers three ceremony settings: a wooded outdoor forest location, a covered waterfront pavilion with pond and fountain views, and an indoor ceremony space with a grand fireplace. The climate-controlled indoor reception venue accommodates up to 400 guests and includes separate bridal and groom's suites with private restrooms, seating, televisions, and Bluetooth audio; the groom's suite also has a pool table and poker table. Outdoor amenities include covered patios, a two-acre pond with a pier and fountain, and paved, lighted parking for up to 150 vehicles. The venue allows couples to choose their own caterer and provides a catering kitchen with a private caterer entrance. Bar service is available through the venue's alcohol package with supplied bartenders. Additional features include air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, a planning meeting 30 days before the event, one hour of rehearsal the prior week, and on-site venue coordinators on the wedding day. An optional ceremony fee applies: $1,300 (2026), $1,550 (2027), $1,800 (2028). Holiday dates add $1,000. A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required. All prices are for new bookings and include standard amenities. Elopement packages: 1-hour $1,200 (up to 10 guests), 2-hour $2,000 (up to 20 guests).
