About Grovewood Village

Grovewood Village is a historic arts and crafts complex on 11 acres in Asheville, North Carolina, adjacent to The Omni Grove Park Inn. The site once housed the weaving and woodworking operations of Biltmore Industries, and its buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The grounds include Grovewood Gallery, which occupies two floors and carries handmade work from more than 350 artists and craftspeople; eight working artist studios; a sculpture garden of outdoor works by Asheville artists; the one-room Biltmore Industries Homespun Museum; and the Estes-Winn Antique Car Museum, housed in the former Biltmore Industries weaving shed and displaying antique and vintage automobiles. The car museum is also available to rent for small private gatherings of fewer than 50 guests, such as cocktail receptions and vow renewals.
