The Venue is a wedding and event space in a 1920s building in downtown Asheville, with two bookable levels that can be rented separately or together. The Market & Mezzanine features original tile, exposed beams, red brick and a private Market Street entrance; it accommodates up to 250 seated or 350 cocktail-style guests. The Second Level has a timber roof, a private entrance and an open-air balcony overlooking downtown; it accommodates up to 120 seated or 175 cocktail-style guests. Ceremonies and receptions can be booked together for five hours, or the reception alone for four hours. The Venue also offers midweek elopement packages and rehearsal dinners on the Second Level. Rentals include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware, staffing, decor, bar and beverages, specialty lighting, staging and A/V. Couples may bring their own caterer or select from the preferred list; the caterer has access to a full kitchen. A licensed, insured planner or coordinator is required for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The building has a wheelchair elevator to Market & Mezzanine and a stairlift to the Second Level. There is no private parking lot or on-site lodging; public parking and downtown hotels are within walking distance.
