About Grain Belt Studios
Grain Belt Studios occupies the historic Bottling House and Warehouse, a pair of matching two-story yellow brick buildings in Minneapolis that were part of the Grain Belt Brewery complex for over seven decades. The buildings were designed by the Minneapolis firm Boehme and Cordella and are known for their large arched windows and industrial character. The Bottling House contains a large atrium that offers flexible space for events of all sizes and for large-format art installations, and it has hosted nonprofit annual fundraisers. The Warehouse has been preserved and converted into a venue. The property totals more than 60,000 square feet and is marketed for corporate events, fundraisers, weddings and art shows, as well as for commercial studio space available for lease.
