The Other Room is a private event space in Minneapolis’ North Loop, a few blocks from Target Field. The 2,100-square-foot industrial-style loft has 17-foot ceilings and can be customized for intimate weddings, ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners and other private events, with capacity for up to 49 people. A glass garage door opens from the main area to a connected patio on Washington Avenue. The space includes a custom bar and island, multiple TVs, a speaker system, Wi-Fi, a prep area, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and mobile ice chest. Its upper loft provides a separate breakout area with a poker/conference table; pool and shuffleboard tables are also available. Hosts may bring their own food and drinks or use a caterer, with no food or beverage minimums. A licensed bartending company is required to sell alcohol. Metered street parking and a public parking ramp are nearby.
