About Dauer Museum of Classic Cars

Dauer Museum of Classic Cars is a classic car museum in Sunrise, South Florida. Its collection includes more than 55 classic cars dating from 1906 to 2020, among them Buick, Cadillac, Chrysler, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and European and Italian models. Beyond the automobiles, the museum presents antique television broadcasting equipment, a transmission electron microscope, historic Los Angeles traffic signals, 1930s gas station pumps, and a reproduction town grocery store with an original delivery van. Themed recreations include a circa-1934 Texaco gasoline station and a 1950s Hollywood premiere setting with period luxury cars and vintage video cameras. Founded by Eddie and Joanne Dauer, the museum opened in 2001 and grew from a private car collection. A private event space on the premises is offered for social events and weddings.
