The venue hosts wedding receptions, bridal showers and luncheons. Its ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light, walnut-paneled walls and stained-glass panels. An in-house catering and event-planning team assists with wedding arrangements. The center has an attached covered parking garage, and the connected Hartford Marriott Downtown provides separate hotel accommodation.
