Capitol View at 400-444 North Capitol offers an all-season rooftop event space with more than 4,500 square feet of private space, including indoor climate-controlled and outdoor areas. The rooftop terrace accommodates up to 250 seated guests or 400 for a standing reception and can host weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events. The venue includes event setup and breakdown, wireless connectivity, audio equipment, and building security. An in-house planning team coordinates events, and clients may choose their own vendors or use preferred vendors. A lower roof terrace and 11 conference rooms are available to reserve for additional space. The building has a garage, with valet and parking arrangements coordinated through the event coordinator. The venue is two blocks from Union Station, with views of the Capitol Building, Washington Monument, U.S. Capitol Dome, and Union Station.
