Bavaria Downs

Wedding venue in Chaska, Minnesota

About Bavaria Downs

Bavaria Downs is a 200-acre Minnesota event destination with three distinct wedding venues: The Edward Anne Estate, Equestria West, and Woodland Glasshaus. The Edward Anne Estate pairs a mansion setting, landscaped gardens, rose gardens, oak groves, and a private lake with indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options. Its ballroom has high ceilings, chandeliers, and hillside views; outdoor vows can take place in the courtyard or beside the lake. Equestria West combines contemporary equestrian-inspired interiors with an expansive courtyard and three ceremony choices: a wooded site, courtyard, or indoor space. Woodland Glasshaus is a glass-enclosed, forest-facing venue with two atriums that support a ceremony, cocktail hour in the outdoor lounge, dinner, and dancing; it is offered seasonally from May through October. Venue packages include rental, furnishings and decor, parking, a coordinator, and event staff. The venues have different capacities and rental durations, and the estate and Equestria West include private getting-ready suites. Food and beverage service is provided by D’Amico Hospitality, with menus and bar service selected with its catering representative.
