About Barn On Nye Manor

Barn On Nye Manor is a wedding venue on a farm in Hicksville, Ohio, centered on a century-old barn with 40-foot ceilings and the 1899 Manor Home. Couples can use the indoor barn or choose the ceremony tree, courtyard with pergolas, or creekside ceremony site. The barn seats 140 for a reception; an optional tent increases total reception capacity to 300. The property includes a bridal suite and gentleman's quarters in the climate-controlled manor, a caterer staging building, a 625-square-foot outdoor dance floor and access to a decor vault. Tables and chairs, parking for 300 guests with attendants, luxury restroom trailers and a Manor Hostess are included. Couples may use preferred vendors or bring their own licensed and insured vendors, and may bring alcohol with an insured bartender. There are no guest-count or spending minimums and no hidden venue fees.
