Atkinson Farms

About Atkinson Farms

Atkinson Farms is a countryside property in Danville, Virginia, minutes from the North Carolina border. The grounds include hundreds of acres of fields, trails, woodlands, streams and six ponds. The main event space is the Atkinson Barn, built in 2016 with reclaimed wood beams. The barn has three stone gas fireplaces with stone hearths, a stone and copper bar, a full-service kitchen, two crystal chandeliers, room for dinner and a full entertainment band, and an expansive covered porch with landscape lighting. The property is described as able to host celebrations of any size. On-site overnight accommodation includes the Atkinson Lodge, with a master suite with a king bed, a second king suite, and a third guest room with built-in bunk beds, each with a full granite and tile bath. The Atkinson Cabin, the original cabin on the property, sleeps 12 and has an open floor plan with a granite kitchen and bar, a wood-burning stone fireplace, and a fire pit near the rear glass porch.
