The contract says “reasonable substitutions”. Nobody asked what reasonable means.
The question
The florist’s contract has a line: the florist may make reasonable substitutions when flowers are unavailable. It’s standard. You sign it as it is?
- It’s standard. Sign.
- Sign it after we write down what reasonable means: like for like, a message to me first when there’s time, and the two or three flowers I’d never want swapped in.
