About Zion Villa ~ True North

Zion Villa True North is a private 10-acre estate on Kolob Terrace Road in Virgin, Utah, inside Zion National Park and surrounded by park land. The property sits on a mesa with views of Tabernacle Dome, Lamb's Knoll, Cave Valley and open meadows, and is more than a mile from the nearest neighbor. Hiking trails can be reached from the property itself. The central building is a five-bedroom villa that sleeps up to 12 guests. Its great room has a wood-burning stone fireplace and indoor red cedar trees, and the kitchen includes a large dining table that seats 12. Three outdoor patios provide open views of the red rock monuments; one has a six-person outdoor hot tub. The grounds include a medicine wheel, a walking labyrinth, statuary paths, hammocks and picnic tables, along with courts for badminton, volleyball, basketball and tetherball. The villa runs off-grid on solar power with generator backup and a well, and offers Starlink and cellular internet. A separate on-site RV sleeps up to four and is available to retreat hosts.
