The Venue combines 2,200 square feet of indoor space with a 2,200-square-foot wraparound deck. It accommodates up to 160 seated guests or 200 for standing receptions. Couples can hold ceremonies beneath the outdoor arbor or inside the climate-controlled Venue; reception options include The Venue, The Lodge, or outdoor areas. The property hosts one wedding or event at a time, and the Venue can serve as rain backup without extra rental cost. The space is not flipped between ceremony and reception by staff. Wedding rentals include tables, chairs, linens, a guest-book table, and an outdoor ceremonial arbor. Staff stage the tables, chairs, and linens, while the couple, planner, or hired help handles setup and room changes. An on-site attendant oversees venue operations during the event but does not provide wedding planning. Amenities include lighting, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth surround sound, a designated dance-floor area, and on-site parking. Wedding-package bookings include access to a caterer’s prep kitchen in The Lodge; catering, floral, bakery, and officiant services are not provided, and outside vendors may be used subject to insurance requirements. Select wedding packages include lodging access, with the specific accommodations depending on the package. The Lodge, Bunkhouse, and Cedar Cabin are separate lodging spaces; their overnight guest capacities are not event capacities. Tours are by appointment.
