Reception choices include the year-round Grand Pavilion, with vaulted wood ceilings, retractable glass doors, lake and vineyard views, and customizable lighting; the climate-controlled Fireplace Room, seating up to 80; and a 3,200-square-foot tent that can be enclosed and heated and seats up to 300. The venue offers weddings for up to 300 guests, along with micro-wedding and ceremony-only options. On-site dining includes full-service catering, cocktail-hour hors d'oeuvres, scratch-made desserts and late-night snacks, with bar packages featuring Villa Antonio wines, Sandy Valley craft beers, cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks. Wedding packages include tables, seating and linens, and outside vendors are welcome. Couples can schedule a tour, menu tasting and planning meetings with the wedding team. Private ready rooms for couples and family are in a historic cabin near the paved parking lot; overnight accommodations are not available on the property.
