About VESPER Events

On the Williamsburg waterfront at 25 Kent Avenue, VESPER is a 15,000-square-foot raw event space on the building’s fourth floor, with 15-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and Manhattan skyline views. The indoor main floor hosts wedding ceremonies and seated dinners, with capacity for up to 400 seated or 800 standing. A retractable wall can close off about 4,000 square feet as a second room or back-of-house area, allowing the space to be configured for different event phases and guest counts. A terrace opens off the main floor. A separate rooftop of about 5,000 square feet has a full bar, fire pits and lounge furniture; it supplements a main-floor booking for cocktail hours, photographs and after-parties. Ceremonies and seated dinners take place indoors. If weather moves an outdoor portion inside, the divided main floor can accommodate separate event zones. Two private suites are available: a hair and makeup room and a dedicated lounge. In-house catering through MADRE is offered in stationed, passed, plated, family-style and grazing formats. Wedding offerings include tastings for booked couples, full bar packages with signature cocktails, integrated ceiling lighting and sound, and a dedicated coordinator. Room 11 Productions provides in-house audio, video, staging and lighting. Vendor access includes a loading dock and a freight elevator measuring 9 feet tall, 8 feet deep and 6 feet wide; the venue says load-in requires no street permit and has no time restrictions. Tours are by appointment.
