USS Lexington Museum on the Bay is a World War II Essex-class aircraft carrier operated as a museum on North Beach in Corpus Christi Bay, just across the ship channel from downtown Corpus Christi, Texas. It is open year-round, seven days a week, for touring and special events. The Hangar Deck offers more than 40,000 square feet of accessible event space for groups of 10 to 2,600, and the venue lists meetings, banquets, reunions, holiday parties, fundraisers, weddings, receptions and military ceremonies among its event types. The event request form includes a stage in Hangar Bay II and the Flight Deck as selectable areas, and the Flight Deck is open for small ceremonies of 30 guests or fewer that need no setup.
