UCLA Conferences & Catering books meeting, conference, banquet and reception space across several buildings on the UCLA campus in West Los Angeles, with event spaces in the Sunset Village and De Neve areas. Spaces range from a ballroom-style hall with a terrace and campus views to a 6,700-square-foot meeting room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a 430-seat lecture auditorium and a 350-seat fixed-seat auditorium. The main venues accommodate groups from 10 to 650 people, for uses that include symposiums, training sessions, board meetings, formal dinners, receptions and holiday celebrations. Event planning is coordinated by an in-house sales and event team, with exclusive on-site catering by the campus culinary team, complimentary Wi-Fi, in-house audio-visual equipment and support, and on-site parking options. During the summer months the same campus offers overnight residence-hall rooms sold on a package plan that includes meals and access to campus recreational facilities.

Venue rental fees are not published. Catering is priced per person (lunch buffets from $45 per person; three-course plated lunches from $52 per person), and Saturday and Sunday evening events in the Grand Horizon and Palisades rooms carry a $5,000 minimum food and beverage order.
