The Vallejo-Casteñada Adobe is an 1842 adobe home in downtown Sonoma, restored as a Sonoma landmark, with interiors designed by Ken Fulk and landscape and garden design by Penney Magrane. It hosts guided tastings by reservation and private events in a semi-private Adobe setting and in the Adobe Storehouse. Reception-style options include a Gathering for 15 to 30 guests (2.5 hours, 11 am to 5 pm), a Celebration for 30 to 60 guests (3 hours, 11 am to 8 pm) with expanded wine selections, and a Legacy buyout of the full Adobe for 60 to 125 guests, each supported by dedicated staff. Seated private events include a family-style or plated lunch from $135 per person and a three-course dinner with curated wine pairings from $275 per person. Guided tastings, a seasonal al fresco lunch, a Storehouse luncheon, and a members-only outdoor lounge are also offered by reservation. Adobe experiences cannot accommodate guests under 21.
