The Whittlesey House is a restored 1908 home in Albany with a renovated interior and gardens. Weddings are held in the outdoor Whittlesey Lawn & Patio, with the house available for cocktail hour, photographs, and wedding party preparations. Indoor events are limited to 40 guests; events using the lawn and patio can accommodate up to 120. Wedding rentals include exclusive use of the furnished ground floor and outdoor areas, and require a full property buyout with a two-night minimum stay. The outdoor grounds include more than 5,000 square feet of gardens, a gazebo, and a raised stone patio with lighting. The house has original floors, windows, a grand staircase, and a parlour with a gas fireplace. Three guest suites on the second floor can accommodate up to six overnight guests. The venue provides onsite parking, restrooms, an integrated sound system, event staff, and pre-event support. The Bread House & Granary is the exclusive catering partner; outside food and alcohol are not permitted.
