About The Whiting Boathouse
The Whiting Boathouse is a historic boathouse on the shores of Lake Winnebago in Neenah, Wisconsin. Built in 1932 for Frank B. Whiting, the Mediterranean Revival structure features a party room with original floor-to-ceiling paneling, oar curtain rods, a bar, and a charcoal grill, as well as a rooftop party deck. Donated to the City of Neenah in 1952 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011, the boathouse is now managed by the Neenah Parks and Recreation Department and is available for rental for parties, meetings, and receptions.
