Set on an 81-acre waterfront farm on the North River near Mobjack Bay, The Shores of Cedar Point combines farmland, river views, a 1930s estate home, a pergola ceremony site, and a barn for private events. The house offers two bedrooms for bridal use, private bathrooms, and gathering rooms. The pergola site has open river views, 150 chairs, and an alternative covered, lit location for inclement weather. The barn includes a 24-by-36-foot reception area, a 12-by-36-foot dance floor, tables and chairs, a prep kitchen for caterer-provided food, an ice maker with 100 pounds of ice, a separate DJ area, and parking.
