Wedding venue in Schenevus, New York

About The Rosemary at Spano Lake

Set on nearly 350 private acres outside Cooperstown, The Rosemary at Spano Lake is an outdoor-only lakeside venue for weddings and other celebrations. Couples can hold ceremonies beside the lake or at a wooded ceremony site, followed by cocktail hour and a tented reception on the property. The venue hosts weddings for up to 200 guests from mid-May through mid-October. The rental includes 200 white resin ceremony chairs, 200 wood reception chairs, and 20 farmhouse tables. A bridal suite provides a getting-ready space, and wedding clients may use the Honeymoon Suite on the wedding day at no extra charge; overnight rental is available separately. The property also has a firepit, lake access, and parking for approximately 80 cars. A professional day-of coordinator is required. The venue supplies minimal additional items, and its bar service is the only approved bar vendor.
