About The Riverton
Set on a hillside overlooking Bear Creek and Pickwick Lake, The Riverton offers an indoor event center and outdoor gathering areas. The climate-controlled 3,300-square-foot building accommodates up to 250 guests. It includes a commercial kitchen with a walk-in cooler and separate vendor entrance, restrooms, a covered patio, a lawn, and a lake-facing wooden deck. A fire pit and gas fire towers are also available outdoors. The venue provides tables, 250 white padded chairs, select serving and décor items, and white tablecloths for one event. On-site management can assist with parking and event concerns. Two cottages are described: a 1,200-square-foot bridal suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft, and sleeping space for up to 14; and a groom’s cottage with a bedroom, den, bathroom, and full kitchen. The groom’s cottage overlooks the venue and lake.
