Wedding venue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
About The Pritzlaff Building
The Pritzlaff Building is a historic event and wedding venue in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, offering 28,000 square feet of flexible space across two main event areas—325 and 333—plus a four-season courtyard, private rooftop, and dedicated wedding suites. The venue blends original cream city brick, towering wood beams, arched windows, and cast-iron columns with modern amenities. Space 325 (7,200 sq ft indoor plus 15,000 sq ft outdoor courtyard) accommodates 50–315 guests for plated dinners or social events, while Space 333 (13,000 sq ft) hosts up to 350 for plated dinners or 600 for social events. The entire venue can accommodate 900+ guests. Ceremonies can be held indoors or in the courtyard (uncovered: 250 guests; covered: 200 guests). Each rental includes 10 consecutive hours, in-house tables and chairs, two private suites, a day-of venue manager, security guard, and access to preferred caterers. The venue partners with Zilli Hospitality Group for bar services and offers an approved list of caterers. Additional amenities include wheelchair accessibility, nearby parking options, and optional rooftop access for photography. The venue enforces a 95 dB volume limit and prohibits sparklers, confetti, and outside liquor.
