Extended hours cost $60 to $140 per hour depending on the day. Required at contract signing: a $250 damage deposit plus 50% of the rental fee. Also charged: a $125 overseer fee for up to six hours ($25 per additional hour, as needed), a cleaning fee based on event size, and a 5% credit card surcharge on the deposit and final payment. Nonprofit adjusted rates do not apply to weddings, funerals, birthdays, showers, or similar personal celebrations. Prices are subject to change without notice.
