The property features two main reception rooms: the Tamarack Room, which seats up to 230 guests, and the more intimate Birch Room, seating up to 50. Two outdoor ceremony areas provide backdrops among birch trees or towering pines (the latter added in 2023 with a custom pergola). The venue includes dedicated preparation suites (Cedar Suite for the bride, Balsam Suite for the groom), a caterer prep kitchen, a paved parking lot, a patio, and a fire pit area (winter not available). Full heating and air conditioning ensure comfort in any season. The venue does not provide in-house catering but allows any licensed and insured caterer; it holds a full liquor license and offers multiple bar packages. Wedding packages include 14 hours of exclusive access, a one-hour rehearsal, setup and cleanup, tables, chairs, and linens. The Pines is owned and operated by Julie and Dave Stieber.
