About The Pavilion Event Space

The Pavilion Event Space offers more than 10,000 square feet of renovated event space in Kansas City, with hardwood floors, stone-trimmed archways and chandelier lighting. The Grand Ballroom has flexible layouts, a dance floor, two built-in projectors, a caterer prep kitchen and seating for up to 300 at tables. The 1,500-square-foot Jr. Ballroom can serve as additional event space or host an indoor ceremony for up to 100 in theater-style seating. For outdoor ceremonies, the Open Air Chapel is a garden setting on the same property with amphitheater-style sound and seating for more than 300. The venue also has a bridal suite and a photo garden featuring a vintage firetruck flower bed.
