The Palace at Somerset Park

Wedding venue in Somerset, New Jersey

About The Palace at Somerset Park

Set on 30 acres in Somerset, The Palace is a Palladian-style mansion with East and West Houses for weddings and events. Couples can use one house or combine both: the West House is described for cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing in the East House. Indoor and outdoor ceremony options are available, subject to availability and an additional charge, with an indoor backup for outdoor ceremonies in inclement weather. The East House features a ballroom with a 24-foot ceiling and a 5,000-square-foot terrace with fire pits. The West House has a library, ballroom and terrace with fire pits. Indoor-outdoor pavilions on both sides offer glass doors, outdoor seating and views of the grounds. The Palace also identifies Gatsby’s as a dining room off its second-floor Gallery. It accommodates wedding parties from 125 to 600 and can host two events at once in separate sections. Food and service include customizable menus, chef-prepared options and a premium-brand open bar; upgraded wines and some dessert options may cost extra. Wedding suites include a personal attendant, refreshments and beverages. Menu-listed services include valet parking, a seasonal coat room, linens and complimentary printed cards. In-house planners assist with floor plans, menus, vendor arrivals and timelines.
