The Ohio Building

About The Ohio Building

The Ohio Building is a historic event venue at 672 Ohio Street in downtown Terre Haute, Indiana. Its two original adjoining buildings were begun in 1906 and 1907 and joined in 1913 as the 40-room Hotel Tuller, which served guests until 1952. The building was fully renovated in 2007. The first-floor banquet center occupies the space that formerly housed the Goodie Shop Cafeteria. Event requests are accepted for groups of up to 50 people, and the request form asks whether bar service is required. On the second floor, the 13,000-square-foot Casa Urbana loft includes suites, original fixtures and a clawfoot tub from the hotel era, and the original hotel check-in desk now serves as a second-floor bar.
