The Monastery Event Center is a historic event venue located in the Mt. Adams neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. Originally the site of the Cincinnati Observatory and later the Holy Cross Monastery, the property was restored and opened as a special events venue in May 2016. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and achieved LEED certification in 2015. The venue offers exclusive use of the property, including a restored chapel with preserved original elements, a courtyard, and landscaped grounds. It hosts weddings, receptions, corporate events, and social gatherings. The venue features a state-of-the-art kitchen and provides in-house catering with diverse menu options. Amenities include a bridal suite, groom's room, free on-site parking, and personalized event coordination. The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests. A separate guest house across the street is available for rental.
