The venue features a light-filled second-floor loft with exposed brick, beams, and art-deco-inspired design, accommodating up to 150 guests for ceremonies, receptions, and private events. A first-floor bridal lounge is available for getting ready. The space is fully ADA accessible with elevator access and includes on-site parking (75 spaces for 12-hour rentals, overflow available). Amenities include six 10-foot modern wood tables, twelve 72-inch round tables, 150 black bentwood chairs, dimmable lighting, a top-tier sound system, two 65-inch portable TV screens, wireless streaming, and two wireless microphones. A finishing kitchen supports in-house family-style catering or outside licensed caterers. Bar service is exclusively provided by the in-house Magnolia team, offering Deluxe ($28/person), Signature ($40/person), and Premium ($55/person) packages. The Mez offers three wedding packages: Intimate (up to 60 guests, 10-hour rental), Classic (reception-only, up to 150 guests, 12-hour rental), and Signature (full-day ceremony and reception, up to 150 guests, 12-hour rental).
