The Mennonite Heritage Center
Wedding venue in Harleysville, Pennsylvania
About The Mennonite Heritage Center
The Mennonite Heritage Center’s Nyce Barn is a nineteenth-century German bank barn on the center’s campus, reconstructed with historic and modern materials. The rental includes 2,400 square feet upstairs and 800 square feet below, with a lawn bordered by mature trees and a seasonal cornfield for outdoor activities or tent setup. Couples can hold a ceremony outdoors, use the lower level for cocktails and the upper level for a meal, or arrange the spaces to suit their plans. The venue-only rental includes tables and chairs, decorative lighting, full electric service, nearby indoor restrooms and paved off-street parking. There is no heat or air conditioning; alcohol is limited to beer and wine served by a Pennsylvania RAMP-certified bartender. Full-day and part-day rentals are available.
