About The Local

The Local is an indoor event and performance space in a restored former Dutch chapel built in the 1870s, in the heart of Saugerties. The venue is available to rent for parties, receptions, concerts, workshops and other events, with a stated capacity of 99. A kitchen is available for prep for catered events, and the venue can provide round tables and chairs for about 60 people. The space is ADA accessible and has a full backline and PA, plus a Mason Hamlin baby grand piano.
