About The Lawson Center
The Lawson Center is a boat museum occupying the restored Lawson Boat Chandlery at 73 Lakeside Drive in Bemus Point, on Chautauqua Lake. The building has been associated with the Lawson family's boating business since 1918 and was renovated with outdoor additions when it became a museum. The second floor and three deck levels overlooking the lake are offered for private celebrations and gatherings of up to 99 guests, rented on an as-available basis to museum members, and the board room is available for small meetings.
