About The Heritage Barn

The Heritage Barn is a climate-controlled venue on 30 acres of North Carolina countryside, with nine distinct spaces. Its heated and cooled Grand Hall accommodates ceremonies and receptions indoors, while three outdoor ceremony sites—including a secluded walnut grove and meadow—offer alternatives across the grounds. Covered patios extend the gathering outdoors, and the flower field provides portrait and first-look settings, with zinnias and wildflowers in bloom from July through late September. The Grand Hall seats up to 125 with room for dancing, or up to 140 when the dance floor is moved to the Cocktail Room or outdoors; the grounds can accommodate ceremonies and gatherings of 300 or more. Getting-ready spaces include a private bridal suite and a groom’s lounge. Packages include venue support, and higher tiers add dedicated wedding coordination and design services. Couples may choose their own licensed and insured vendors; outside catering is welcome, and the venue offers a caterer’s kitchen and beer-and-wine service. The property has complimentary parking, Wi-Fi, walking trails, and an outdoor fire pit. Overnight accommodations are not currently offered.
