About The Hangar at 743

The Hangar at 743 is an aviation-themed event venue on the grounds of Albany International Airport. Its 8,000-square-foot hangar features vintage aviation décor and a private collection of World War II aircraft. The large flexible space can be arranged for seated dinners, dancing, passed appetizers, or live entertainment, with the second-floor loft available for a VIP area or stage. When weather permits, the hangar door opens onto the tarmac for outdoor dining or gatherings; the venue provides security personnel while it is open. Wedding rentals include a separate preparation room, bar area with kegerator, ice machine and beverage cooler, caterer kitchenette with sinks and microwave, tables and chairs, and a drop-down screen and projector. Couples may choose their own caterer and bar provider, and an event coordinator is available. The venue has on-site parking and an ADA-compliant first floor. Guest capacity and rental pricing are provided by custom quote; prices vary by season, time of day, and other considerations.
