The venue offers exclusive one-wedding-per-weekend rentals with access from Friday noon until Sunday 10am. Ceremony options include a North Patio overlooking a half-acre pond with a fountain and a 16x16 black garage door backdrop, as well as a secluded 300-foot grass runway lined with switchgrass. The covered back patio (27x52 ft) and North Patio with fire tables serve cocktail hour. The main reception area (60x96 ft) seats up to 350 guests, with an additional loft (24x60 ft) for overflow. The barn is fully climate-controlled with heating and air conditioning, and features a SONOS sound system with 24 pendant speakers and subwoofers, LED lighting, and six full-view glass garage doors. Included amenities: bridal suite with fridge, sink, island bar, bathroom, and multiple hair/makeup stations; groom suite with TV, couches, fridge, and table; food prep area with three-compartment sink; indoor restrooms with ADA stalls; 350 white resin chairs, 40 round banquet tables, and 20 eight-foot rectangle tables; and a 2-acre stone parking lot with 150 marked spaces. No required vendors—couples may choose their own licensed and insured caterer and bartender. Alcohol is permitted as an open bar served by a licensed bartender. The venue also hosts private and corporate events when not booked for weddings.

Weekend rental fees: January–April $6,500; May–October $8,500; November–December $7,000. A $1,000 non-refundable reservation fee is due at signing, half the rental fee is due nine months before the event, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before. A $500 refundable damage deposit is required 30 days prior. Special event insurance with $1,000,000 liability is required.
