About The Gaines Estate
The Gaines Estate is a restored 1920s mansion on 192 acres in downtown Fayetteville, with outdoor ceremony settings including a walnut grove, pasture, and other grounds. The estate offers wedding ceremonies and receptions in the mansion, reception hall, and outdoor spaces. The 4,000-square-foot reception hall accommodates up to 200 guests for dining; a tent can be arranged for up to 250. The mansion includes a cocktail lounge, dining room, conference room, bridal suite, groom’s suite, and outdoor patios. Wedding services include an in-house coordinator, event setup and breakdown, and a one-hour rehearsal. Catering is available in-house, and the estate provides the alcohol service. The first floor of the mansion and the reception hall are accessible; a wheelchair lift serves the mansion, and a golf cart with driver is available to rent. Partner lodging is available nearby, including houses, a bed and breakfast, and a boutique hotel.

Small wedding/elopement package is for 50 people or fewer, costs 50% of those fees, and has booking restrictions. A 7% sales tax applies to venue rental fees. Sunday dates before a Monday holiday are charged at the Saturday rate.
